MY24 GWM Cannon ute prices slashed, making way for MY2025 update

GWM has introduced a $2000 discount for private buyers on its current Cannon ute range, available until December 31, 2024, or while stocks last. The promotion aims to streamline stock levels as the company prepares for the arrival of the updated 2025 Cannon.

For ABN holders, GWM is extending an additional $1500 saving on drive-away pricing, offering notable value for business customers. With these discounts, the Cannon Premium now starts fro $34,490 for private buyers and $32,990 for ABN holders, with similar adjustments across the range.

“This runout program provides a great opportunity for customers as we gear up for the 2025 Cannon launch,” said Steve Maciver, GWM’s head of marketing and communications. Maciver also emphasised the benefits of the brand’s ‘GWM Care’ package, which includes a seven-year/unlimited kilometre warranty, five years of roadside assistance, and five years of capped-price servicing.

The updated 2025 Cannon model promises significant improvements, such as a more powerful 2.4-litre turbo diesel engine (finally), increased towing capacity to 3500kg (up from 3200 kg), redesigned exterior styling, and interior upgrades. Full specifications and pricing for the new model will be announced closer to its Q1 2025 launch.
