Lamborghini has unveiled a special edition Revuelto called the Impavido, to celebrate 25 years of official operations in Japan, with production limited to just 25 individually numbered examples.
The Revuelto Impavido is an exclusive model that has been developed through Lamborghini’s Ad Personam personalisation division, and is reserved exclusively for the Japanese market.
The limited edition draws inspiration from Bushido, the traditional code of the samurai, with a series of bespoke exterior and interior details referencing Japanese culture and craftsmanship.
Design changes include unique graphics across the bodywork intended to resemble the movement of a katana sword, while bronze highlights reference the decorative cords traditionally used on samurai armour. The front styling also incorporates cues inspired by the crest worn on a samurai helmet.
Buyers can choose from four exclusive paint finishes, comprising two gloss and two matt colours. Each receives its own combination of contrasting accents, forged alloy wheels, bronze brake calipers and bespoke carbon fibre detailing.
Inside, the cabin features black leather and Corsa Tex upholstery with bronze stitching, unique embroidery, samurai-themed motifs and a numbered carbon fibre plaque identifying each car as one of the 25 examples.
Mechanically, the Impavido is unchanged from the standard Revuelto. It continues to pair a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 engine with three electric motors for a combined output of 1015PS (747kW). Drive is sent to all four wheels through an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, with Lamborghini claiming a 0-100km/h time of 2.5 seconds and a top speed exceeding 350km/h.
The Revuelto Impavido is the latest in a series of market-specific special editions from Lamborghini, with the company using its Ad Personam division to demonstrate the possibilities available to customers.
