Lamborghini is planning to unveil its next ‘few-off’ special edition at the 2025 Monterey Car Week, with all signs pointing to a Revuelto-based ‘Fenomeno’ hypercar.
The Italian marque has a habit of unveiling special one-off concepts and limited edition models at big car shows, with models such as Veneno, the Reventon, the epic Sesto Elemento (below), and more recently the Sian.
This year it seems the brand is getting ready to unveil another hyper-rare model that most experts say will be based on the Revuelto. It’s set to adopt the name Fenomeno, which has been found in trademark form in USA and Europe, registered by Lamborghini.
It’s understood the special edition will use the V12 hybrid from the Revuelto, but tuned up to produce even more power. In standard form the Revuelto produces 747kW from its three electric motors and 6.5-litre V12 combined.
As usual, the special edition is set to showcase various aerodynamic revisions, with big carbon fibre wings and winglets, unique wheels, and a different body to the Revuelto. Also expect a bespoke interior.
Production is likely to be very limited. Predecessors have been limited to around 30-35 units. Either way, it is likely this one is sold out before the covers even come off. We’ll have to wait and see. Monterey Car Week commences on August 8.
