Zeekr has announced an updated version of its 7X electric SUV for Australia for the 2027 model, introducing more powerful electric motors, improved driving range and additional standard equipment, while retaining the existing pricing structure.
The 2027 Zeekr 7X will be available to order from November 1, with the first vehicles expected to arrive in December 2026. Three variants continue, including RWD, Long Range RWD and Performance AWD.
One of the biggest changes is an increase in power across the lineup, with all three variants gaining an additional 25kW. The entry-level RWD and Long Range RWD now produce 335kW (from 310kW) and 520Nm, with claimed 0-100km/h times of 5.6 and 5.5 seconds, respectively. Meanwhile, the flagship Performance AWD develops 500kW and 790Nm, reducing its claimed 0-100km/h time to just 3.7 seconds.

Battery capacities remain unchanged, with a 75kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery in the RWD and a 100kWh nickel-cobalt-manganese (NCM) battery in the two higher variants.
However, driving range has improved, with the Long Range RWD offering up to 627km on the WLTP cycle. The standard RWD provides up to 482km, while the Performance AWD is rated at 544km.
The 800V electrical architecture also supports DC fast charging at up to 450kW, with Zeekr claiming a 10-80 per cent recharge can take as little as 11 minutes under ideal conditions.
Exterior changes are relatively subtle, including revised front air intakes, a narrower active grille and a redesigned rear diffuser. The rear number plate and automatic door button have also been repositioned.
A new two-tone Tech Grey exterior finish joins the range, while the Performance AWD gains an optional Black Edition package featuring black exterior highlights, 20-inch alloy wheels and black Nappa leather upholstery.

Inside, the 7X receives a redesigned centre console with revised cupholders and additional storage, along with upgraded trim materials. A 16-inch touch-screen is now standard across the range, accompanied by a 13-inch digital instrument display and a built-in dashcam system that can also assist with vehicle monitoring when parked.
Other equipment includes heated front and rear seats, tri-zone climate control, and wireless phone charging on the entry-level RWD.
The Long Range RWD adds Nappa leather upholstery, ventilated and massaging front seats, a refrigerator and a 21-speaker sound system. The Performance AWD builds on this with air suspension, powered doors and a rear passenger monitoring camera.
The updated 7X retains its 2900mm wheelbase and 539L boot capacity, expanding to 1978 litres with the rear seats folded.
For the first 2000 orders, Zeekr is offering complimentary colour options, two years of servicing, a home charging wallbox and selected accessories. The offer runs from November 1 to December 31, 2026.
