Ford Australia announces rugged Everest Tremor for MY2025

Following the launch of the Ford Ranger Tremor, Ford Australia has just announced the Everest Tremor as a special hardcore variant adding various enhancements and unique design elements.

Based on the V6, the Everest Tremor is equipped with 184kW and 600Nm, which will no doubt come in handy for its 3500kg towing capacity and serious off-road preparation. It gets Bilstein position-sensitive dampers, new springs, and General Grabber AT3 all-terrain tyres, with 26mm of added ground clearance.

There’s also a new Rock Crawl mode, which is not found on any other Everest, promising to optimise traction and progress on loose rocks and uneven ground. To celebrate its improved off-road capability, the Everest Tremor showcases a special exterior package.

At the front is a honeycomb grille theme with auxiliary LED lights, a steel protection plate underneath, heavy-duty side steps, and some bespoke badges. To finish it off, the Tremor is only available in an exclusive Command Grey colour. Speaking about the new variant, Ambrose Henderson, marketing director at Ford Australia, said:

“The Everest Tremor answers the call from passionate adventurers who demand even more capability and ruggedness from their SUVs. With its unique combination of off-road effectiveness, towing capacity, and premium features, the Everest Tremor is ready to tackle any adventure, on or off Australia’s various terrains.”

If that’s not enough kit, Ford Australia also offers the following upgrade packs for respective prices:

Rough Terrain pack: $35000
Touring Pack: $2500
Premium Seat Pack: $1100
Towing Pack: $1900
Premium Paint: $700
