2026 Lexus RZ 600e F Sport Performance revealed

Lexus has revealed a new range-topping variant of its electric SUV, introducing the RZ 600e F Sport Performance. It’s a hardcore handling machine based on the RZ and is the second ‘F Sport Performance’ model to launch following the RX 500h.

Sitting above the existing RZ 550e F Sport, the special edition comes with exclusive aerodynamic components, including a carbon fibre bodykit with skirting, wider wheel arches, a big rear spoiler and front splitter, and a bespoke bonnet complete with custom vents.

To enhance handling and driving performance, a special suspension package has been implemented, lowering the ride height by 20mm. There’s also a set of 21-inch ENKEI aluminium wheels, hiding upgraded six-piston monoblock brakes.

The electric powertrain has also been reworked, with revised battery output limits enabling a combined system output of 313kW. The increase is intended to deliver stronger, smoother acceleration, while maintaining the linear power delivery of the RZ. Acceleration across 0-100km/h takes a claimed 4.4 seconds.

Inside, the RZ 600e F Sport Performance uses the brand’s steer-by-wire system, paired with ‘Interactive Manual Drive’ software. Together, they aim to provide a more connected steering response and a greater sense of driver involvement.

The cabin also features newly-developed front seats using an integrated foam moulding process. These are designed to offer stronger lateral support during spirited driving, while still maintaining the comfort and refinement expected of a Lexus.

The RZ 600e F Sport Performance represents the brand’s latest step in refining its electric range, with a clear focus on dynamics and driver engagement rather than simply adding more power. Further details on availability and local specifications are expected to be confirmed closer to launch next year.
