2026 Hyundai Kona & Tucson BLK Editions announced

Hyundai Australia is introducing new BLK Edition variants of its Kona and Tucson hybrid SUVs for 2026, adding black exterior highlights and extra equipment, with the Tucson limited to just 750 examples.

Both models are based on the existing Elite Hybrid trim level, retaining their standard front-wheel drive petrol-electric powertrains. In the Kona Hybrid the system produces 104kW, while the Tucson Hybrid features a turbo engine and bumps power to 172kW.

The Kona BLK Edition features 18-inch black alloy wheels, black window surrounds and badging, a Shadow Grey front bumper garnish and silver front and rear skid plates.
