Honda Australia has confirmed the price of its first dedicated fully electric vehicle, with the new Super-ONE set to arrive from $36,900 drive-away.
Available in two variants, the entry model is priced from $36,900, while the Two-Tone grade adds a black roof and exclusive Violet Boost exterior finish for $37,400 drive-away. Based on the Japanese market N-One e:, the compact EV measures just 3.5 metres long and adopts retro-inspired styling with flared wheel arches, black alloy wheels and a roof spoiler.

Power comes from a single front-mounted electric motor producing 47kW in normal driving. Selecting the new BOOST Mode temporarily increases output to 70kW and 162Nm, while also activating a simulated seven-speed transmission and synthetic engine sound designed to make the driving experience feel more like a conventional petrol car.
Acceleration from 0-100km/h takes around 14.5 seconds in normal mode, or around 10 seconds when the Boost function is activated. That means it is about as quick as the Hyundai Inster.
Honda says the Super-ONE weighs just 1093kg, which is extremely low for an EV – it is one of the lightest-weight EVs on sale. That low kerb weight contributes to handling characteristics, braking performance, and reduced wear and tear.
A 29.6kWh lithium-ion battery provides a claimed driving range of up to 253km, while 50kW DC fast charging can replenish the battery from 15 to 80 per cent in around 30 minutes. Max AC charging is 10kW.

Despite its compact dimensions, the Super-ONE retains Honda’s Magic Seats, allowing the rear seating area to be configured for carrying larger items. The charging port is also integrated into the front grille.
Honda says it has received more than 6500 expressions of interest since the Super-ONE made its Australian debut earlier this year. Fewer than 130 vehicles have been allocated for local delivery in 2026, with additional supply expected in early 2027.
Pre-orders open today through Honda Centres, with the first customer deliveries scheduled to begin on October 1. The Super-ONE is backed by a five-year warranty, five years of roadside assistance and five years of capped-price servicing at $199 per visit.
