Subaru Australia announces BRZ tS Kiiro Limited Edition for 2026

Subaru Australia is expanded the BRZ lineup for 2026 by launching a new BRZ tS Kiiro Limited Edition variant, bringing in a number of visual tweaks including an eye-bursting Sunrise Yellow paintjob.

Strictly limited to just 95 examples for Australia from a small global production run, it’s essentially one of the rarest BRZ versions offered locally to date. The Kiiro edition is based on the range-topping BRZ tS, retaining the core mechanical package while layering on a series of cosmetic updates designed to set it apart.

Most notable is the exclusive Sunrise Yellow exterior. The bright finish is contrasted by matte black highlights, including 18-inch alloy wheels and a unique rear ‘Kiiro’ badge. The wheels hide the standard Brembo brakes as featured on the tS, with gold-painted calipers.

Inside, the theme continues with black Ultrasuede and leather-appointed seats featuring yellow perforation, complemented by yellow stitching on the steering wheel and gear shifter. A numbered ‘Kiiro’ plaque highlights the car’s limited-run status. Speaking about the special edition, Subaru Australia general manager Scott Lawrence said:

“The BRZ tS Kiiro builds on that foundation by expressing those qualities through distinctive visual and trim enhancements. With limited global production and unique design elements, the Kiiro Limited Edition offers customers the opportunity to own a truly special iteration of BRZ.”

Despite its special-edition positioning, Subaru has retained choice for buyers, offering the BRZ tS Kiiro with either a six-speed manual or automatic transmission. Both come with the standard 2.4-litre naturally aspirated flat-four engine, producing 174kW at 7000rpm, and 250Nm at 3500rpm. We’ve previously timed 0-100km/h in 6.54 seconds in the tS manual.

Orders for the BRZ tS Kiiro Limited Edition are now open through Subaru dealerships nationwide, alongside the broader 2026 BRZ range. Prices start from $53,590 for either the manual or auto (excluding on-road costs), which is only slightly up on the standard tS starting price of $52,790. Full price list below:
