Subaru Australia is revving up excitement with the announcement of the highly-anticipated 2024 model year Subaru BRZ, set to hit Aussie roads in January, 2024. The cherry on top? The introduction of the all-new BRZ tS; a performance-oriented variant that promises to be the best-handling BRZ yet.
The BRZ tS, tuned by Subaru Tecnica International (STI), takes the driving experience to a new level. It features STI-tuned front and rear suspension, coupled with high-performance Brembo brakes with four-piston front and twin-piston rear calipers to ensure unparalleled handling and stopping power.
A set of bespoke 18-inch dark grey metallic alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot 4 tyres provide the grip, when needed.
Visually, the BRZ tS stands out with front and rear tS badging, a red BRZ logo integrated into the headlights, crystal black silica door mirrors, and a shark fin antenna emphasising its sleek profile.
Inside the cabin is a blend of luxury and performance with Bordeaux and black Ultrasuede and leather-accents, STI-embossed front seats, a red STI start button, and an exclusive instrument cluster bearing the STI logo.
Excitingly, customers can choose between a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission, and the flagship variant is available in all external paint colours; Crystal White Pearl, Ignition Red, and WR Blue Pearl.
Subaru is also introducing its innovative Subaru EyeSight driver assist technology for the MY24, even with the manual transmission BRZ models. This includes adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, pre-collision braking, and more. Blair Read, managing director of Subaru Australia, spoke about the updated model, saying:
