Hyundai N Festival & Toyota GAZOO Festival combine for special event

Hyundai and Toyota are teaming up for a unique event at Everland Speedway in Yong-in, South Korea later this month. The ‘Hyundai N x Toyota GAZOO Racing Festival’ will bring together the high-performance divisions of both brands to showcase their latest rally cars, cutting-edge prototypes, and high-performance models.

This event marks the first collaboration of its kind between Hyundai N and Toyota GAZOO Racing in South Korea, giving fans a thrilling glimpse into the world of motorsport and sports cars.

Attendees can look forward to a track day experience, where Hyundai and Toyota will put their vehicles through their paces, including a rally-style demo drive with World Rally Championship (WRC) cars. Hyundai N will present models like the i20 N Rally 1 Hybrid and IONIQ 5 N, driven by top WRC drivers such as Thierry Neuville and Dani Sordo.

Meanwhile, Toyota GAZOO Racing will showcase its GR Yaris Rally 1 Hybrid and hydrogen-powered concepts like the GR Corolla.

Both Hyundai Motor Group executive chair Euisun Chung and Toyota Motor Corporation chairman Akio Toyoda, who races under the name Morizo, will attend the event, underscoring the brands’ commitment to elevating motorsport culture in Korea.

The festival will also highlight future-oriented technologies like Hyundai’s N Vision 74 and Toyota’s hydrogen-powered AE86 H2 Concept.

This collaboration between two fierce WRC competitors is a celebration of both rivalry and camaraderie, offering fans a rare chance to experience and enjoy both brands in one place. The event will run on October 27.
