2025 Cadillac LYRIQ fully electric SUV price from $117,000 in Australia

Pricing and specifications for the 2025 Cadillac LYRIQ electric SUV have been confirmed for Australia, with the ask being lower than expected from some quarters

Starting from $117,000 for the base model Luxury and $119,000 for the LYRIQ Sport (before on-road costs), the LYRIQ heralds Cadillac’s return to Australia, sold under GMSV alongside Silverado, GMC Yukon and Corvette models. However, the LYRIQ is manufactured in right-hand drive in America, at GM’s Spring Hill facility in Tennessee.

Both variants feature 21-inch alloy wheels, a 33-inch LED interior display encompassing instruments and infotainment, 19-speaker AKG Studio audio system and a full-length glass roof with an electric shade. Speaking about its arrival, Jess Bala, managing director for GM Australia and New Zealand, said:

“The LYRIQ is the perfect vehicle to launch the Cadillac brand in Australia and New Zealand. It delivers a uniquely Cadillac experience, with the refined luxury and technology that the brand is famous for around the world.”

Built on GM’s Ultium EV platform, they generate 388kW and 610Nm, drawing on a 102kWh battery pack. This yields up to 530km of range. Up to 190KW of DC fast charging allows up to 128km of range to be added in 10 minutes.

The kerb weight is listed at a hefty 2774kg, while cargo volume varies between 793 litres to 1722L with the rear seats folded, thanks to the fastback profile.

GMSV will provide a five-year/ unlimited kilometre warranty with the LYRIQ, five years of roadside assistance, five years inclusive scheduled servicing and an eight-year/160,000km battery warranty. It arrives
