Range Rover has unveiled the Sport SV Carbon, a new flagship performance variant that brings lightweight carbon fibre elements and a sharper design to the brand’s iconic Sport model.
Positioned alongside the Sport SV and SV Black, the Carbon edition will make its world debut at Range Rover House during Monterey Car Week on August 13, before arriving in Australia.

The SV Carbon gets the brand’s most potent 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 mild-hybrid engine, producing 467kW and 750Nm. Paired with a suite of weight-saving measures aimed at enhancing agility and refinement, it’s expected to be the quickest Sport yet.
Optional 23-inch carbon fibre wheels alone trim 76kg, while carbon-ceramic brakes with multi-colour caliper options promise exceptional stopping power. A forged carbon fibre engine cover further bolsters weight reduction measures.

Exterior highlights include a standard Forged Carbon Exterior Pack with detailing around the quad exhausts, and the option of a Twill Carbon finish or exposed carbon fibre bonnet. Customers can choose from four standard paint colours or expand into the SV Premium palette for more bespoke finishes.
Inside, the cabin features forged carbon seat-backs, dashboard accents, and illuminated SV branding. Four interior themes are available, including perforated Windsor leather in Ebony, Rosewood/Ebony, or Light Cloud/Ebony, and a leather-free Cinder Grey/Ebony option in Ultrafabrics. Twill Carbon trim, Moonlight Chrome detailing, and SV-specific sill plates complete the motorsport-inspired theme.

Underneath, the Sport SV Carbon retains advanced performance tech from the wider SV range, including 6D Dynamics hydraulic interlinked air suspension for flatter cornering and improved body control. Body and Soul seat technology adds an immersive audio experience designed to be both engaging and relaxing for occupants.
With its blend of carbon fibre treatment, potent V8 performance, and tailored luxury, the Range Rover Sport SV Carbon is the pinnacle interpretation of the brand’s flagship performance SUV formula. The order books are now open in Australia, with prices starting from the following (excluding on-roads):
Ranger Rover Sport SV: $320,941
Ranger Rover Sport SV Black: $335,395
Ranger Rover Sport SV Carbon: $350,440
