2025 LDV MIFA update adds 8-seat option, on sale from $47,990

LDV is expanded its MIFA people-mover range in Australia for 2025 with the introduction of an eight-seat variant, giving buyers additional seating options in what remains the country’s cheapest full-size people-mover van.

The updated range now consists of four models, from the Mode 7-seater, Mode 8-seater, Executive 7-seater, and top Luxe 7-seater. All are propelled by a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol four-cylinder engine producing 160kW and 360Nm, matched to an Aisin eight-speed auto with front-wheel drive.

The entry LDV MIFA Mode 7-seater kicks off from $46,971 drive-away, with the new 8-seat variant positioned slightly higher at $47,990 drive-away. These prices are being offered for a limited time under a fleet pricing structure extended to private buyers. In a recent statement, LDV Australia general manager Dinesh Chinnappa said:

“We have been working with the factory on an eight-seat option for some time and we are delighted that we can finally deliver this option to our customers. The addition of the eight-seat version of the LDV MIFA people-mover is yet another example of the support the factory has for the Australian market.”
