Hyundai has introduced two new XRT option packs designed to elevate the off-road performance of the 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid. Dubbed the XRT Peak and XRT Adventure, these accessory kits are now available to enhance the new seven-seat SUV, with prices starting from $6990.
Developed in collaboration between Hyundai Australia (HMCA) and the Hyundai America Technical Centre in California, the XRT packs bring a range of upgrades tailored to outdoor enthusiasts. An Australian engineering team played a key role in the development, conducting rigorous testing across various off-road conditions such as rocky terrain, steep unsealed slopes, and sand.
Both XRT packs feature an upgraded suspension system, offering a 30mm lift that improves approach and departure angles while increasing ground clearance (from 177mm to 210mm). This setup includes XRT-specific 17-inch wheels wrapped in Pirelli Scorpion All Terrain+ tyres (in either 235/65R17 or 245/70R17), chosen for their balance of off-road capability, on-road grip, and quietness.
The packs also include specially-tuned Mando dampers, along with new suspension knuckles and stabiliser bars, delivering better control on rough terrain than the standard setup.
The XRT packs are designed to be added to both new and existing Santa Fe Hybrid models, and they are covered by Hyundai’s five-year, unlimited kilometre warranty when installed by a Hyundai dealership. Customers can explore the packs through Hyundai’s online configurator.
With the introduction of these off-road-ready accessories, Hyundai is exploring reasonably new territory in the world of off-road driving. It could be in preparation for the rumoured upcoming ute. Prices and specs below:
